Sarah Chong

Sarah comes from two generations of restaurateurs and finer dining with a strong customer-focused background and attention to detail. Sarah graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in International Affairs, where she cultivated a broad understanding of political/economic issues, cultures, and world history. 

Sarah was scouted to join a Personal Injury Law firm in July of 2022 to transition her highly coveted skill sets into what ultimately lead to the role of case management. As a case manager/Legal Assistant, she is the backbone of legal case coordination. From empathetically guiding clients through their rehabilitation process to helping secure the compensation clients need for the best quality of life possible. 

Sarah was invited to join Hines Law in 2024 where she continues in her responsibilities of investigating if injuries sustained are due to someone else’s negligence, identifying and assessing injuries in how they could ultimately impact the client’s life in both short term and long term, handling all administrative and communicative correspondences between insurance companies, medical providers and attorneys, managing financials in medical billing and projections, and preparing for settlement demands and closing out cases. Sarah’s wealth of knowledge and key emphasis in empathy comforts client’s in feeling secure so they can focus on gaining back their quality of life.  

In her spare time, she enjoys competitive PC games, traveling to see her family and cats, sports, hiking, playing the piano or searching for the best and newest places to eat.
